Rules

1. Be respectful towards the artists and the staff.
2. Full payment must be made in advance.
3. Artists are assigned randomly to ensure fairness for everyone.
4. No refund after payment is made.
5. If you are occupied during or before your turn, please communicate with us in advance.
6. TAT(turnaround time) might take longer or shorter than stated.
7. The finishing of the final painting may or may not be different each session but we assure you the paintings will meet the minimum of the discussed quality.
8. Feel free to discuss with your assigned artist if you wish to have more art done by them.
